Prior to engagement for independent projects the "Terms and Conditions" agreement SHOULD be reviewed. All projects or services that the DESIGNER may be contracted to produce or provide for the CLIENT will be subject to the provisions within this agreement.
Reviewing unsolicited work related documents, either on-line or forwarded via e-mail constitutes engagement of the DESIGNER and will be invoiced accordingly unless prior arrangements have been negotiated. Interested individuals, organizations or businesses are welcome to open an account by either of the following methods:
| 1.) | Pre-purchasing a block of development time worth at least $500 US dollars |
| 2.) | Demonstrate that the individual, company or organization has purchased at least $500 worth of design work in the past. |
